• Booking details: Selected date, club selection, guest names and contact (if you add guest details), booking notes, and booking request metadata.
• Support communications: Messages you send to support (including contact email).

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data: Device model, operating system, app version, crash reports, IP address, and analytics about how you use the App.
• Location data: If you allow location access, we may collect approximate or precise location to show nearby clubs and offers. Location access is optional — you can decline it.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and profile.
• To process and manage booking requests (note: currently booking requests are received and pending approval by an admin — no booking is final until an admin confirms it).
• To provide the App features, including showing nearby clubs, offers, and booking status.
• To communicate with you about bookings, updates, and promotions (only with your consent where required).
• To improve, analyze and optimize the App using anonymized analytics.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in limited circumstances:

• With clubs and partners: When you submit a booking request, we share necessary booking details with the selected club to process the request (only with your consent as required).
• Service providers: Third-party services we use to operate the App (for example, analytics providers, hosting providers). These providers are contractually limited to use your data only as needed to provide services to HypeAdda.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, property, or security of HypeAdda, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: If HypeAdda is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction (with notice where required).

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (for example: analytics, crash reporting, hosting). These services have their own privacy policies and may collect data directly from your device. HypeAdda may transfer and store personal data on servers located in countries other than your own. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use safeguards required by applicable law.

11. Payments & Charges

Currently, HypeAdda does not charge users for booking requests made through the App. Booking requests are submitted to clubs and remain pending until the club/admin confirms. If we add paid features or in-app payments in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide required notices and payment security measures.

12. App Permissions

The App may request the following permissions. You can grant or deny these from your device settings:

• Location: Optional. Used to display nearby clubs and localized offers. You may choose “while using the app” or deny — the App will still work with limited features.
• Camera & Photos: Optional. If you choose to upload a profile picture or share images, the App may request camera or photo-library access.
• Notifications: Optional. Used to deliver booking updates, promotions, or admin messages. You can disable notifications anytime.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a revised "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email where appropriate.
